![]() The movements are similar to things you will have seen in Insanity and Asylum. I did have to take two mini-breaks just to get a breath. ![]() Each exercise does go through "progressions" though so they start out easier and get progressively harder. No real warm-up/stretch/cool-down on both sides of the workout proper like you're used to with Insanity. I had mixed expectations about this program but I can say that it definitely lives up to what we've come to expect from Shaun T and BeachBody's more "extreme" workout series. Currently I'm mainly a CrossFitter but during the weeks when I can't make it to the gym because of work I do Shaun T workouts. Background: I've done Insanity 3 times, Asylum 1 twice, and Asylum 2 once.
